Every patient begins with a one-time $79 enrollment fee, which covers a thorough review of your medical history and secure integration into our records system. After enrollment, choose the provider and plan that fits your needs. Pricing is based on age and includes the option for a discounted family rate.

Maximizing Your Care and Savings
We believe quality care should be affordable at every step. That’s why we work to secure the best possible prices for lab work, x-rays, and medications dispensed right here in our office. Many patients find these costs are far lower than what they would pay through traditional insurance deductibles or co-pays.

Using Insurance With Honest Family Med
Our membership model keeps your primary care simple, but you can still use traditional insurance when needed.
If you have insurance: You may use it for referrals, lab testing, vaccinations, and other services outside of your monthly membership and in-office costs.
If you do not have insurance: We will work with you to find the most affordable cash-pay options, often negotiating discounted rates for labs, radiology, and medications. Many common prescriptions can be dispensed directly from our office at a significantly reduced price.
Our Recommendation
While Direct Primary Care (DPC) can save you money and reduce the hassle of traditional insurance, we encourage members to maintain a high-deductible catastrophic insurance plan or join a Health Sharing Ministry for protection in emergencies.
